Introducing the 4-Week Wellness Reset

This program is designed to help you reset your routine in a way that feels realistic and supportive.

Instead of pushing intensity, we focus on:

  • building consistency
  • improving strength and mobility
  • reducing stress
  • creating habits that actually stick

Here’s what we’ll do together

Over 4 weeks, you’ll receive 12 total sessions (3 per week):

Strength + Cardio Training (2x per week)

Build strength, confidence, and energy with guided sessions tailored to your level.

Wellness Session (1x per week)

A holistic session including:

  • Yin yoga and mobility
  • Balance and recovery work
  • Guided meditation
  • Weight loss and lifestyle coaching

This isn’t just a workout program.

It’s a mind-body reset.

You’ll be supported not only in your workouts, but in:

  • how you move
  • how you eat
  • how you manage stress
  • how you build sustainable habits

My approach

I am a certified life, weight loss, and purpose coach, as well as a meditation and yoga instructor and personal trainer.

With a background as a former ballet dancer, I bring a unique approach that blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness to help clients feel more connected to their bodies.

My work focuses on creating sustainable, realistic change — not extremes.
