These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Noble Ventures, LLC, doing business as Lady(ish) and/or The Lawyer Life Collective (“Provider” or “Coach”), including coaching, intuitive readings, career assessments, and holistic services (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing or participating in any Services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

  • Coaching: Coaching is a partnership (an alliance, not a legal business partnership) designed to facilitate personal, professional, and business development. It involves goal-setting, strategy development, and accountability. Coaching is not therapy and does not prevent, cure, or treat mental disorders or medical conditions.
  • Intuitive Readings: Intuitive readings are based on spiritual guidance and are for insight and entertainment purposes only.
  • Career Assessments: These provide strategies and tools for professional development but do not guarantee specific career outcomes.
  • Holistic Services (Reiki, Meditation, Sound Healing): These services are for personal development and well-being but are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
  • Coaching and related services do not replace therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or other professional advice.
  • If currently under the care of a mental health or medical professional, it is recommended that the Client inform them of this coaching relationship.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to engage in Services. Minors may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Scheduling and Service Delivery

  • Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom video conferencing unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • The Client agrees to maintain appropriate internet access and attend sessions in a private, distraction-free environment.
  • Sessions are typically 45 minutes (may extend up to 60 minutes).
  • The Client will initiate sessions using the Zoom link provided.
  • The Coach is available via email between sessions for emergencies only. Time spent on extended email coaching may be deducted from the Client’s session balance with prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or agreed communication channels.
  • Payment is due upon booking. Sessions will not proceed without full or agreed-upon payment.
  • Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Provider.
  • If the Client selects installment payments, they agree to recurring payments on the same day each month until full payment is completed.
  • Additional sessions beyond the original package are billed at prevailing rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available for coaching or intuitive services except in cases where the Provider cancels the session.
  • Rescheduling: Client may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing the Coach at Autumn@theUncomfortableDream.com. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in the loss of that session without refund.
  • Transfer of Sessions: Unused sessions may be transferred or gifted with prior written consent from the Coach.

6. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during sessions is confidential to the extent permitted by law.
  • Confidential information does not include information:
    (a) already known to the Coach prior to disclosure,
    (b) generally known to the public,
    (c) obtained lawfully from a third party,
    (d) developed independently by the Coach,
    (e) required to be disclosed by law or court order,
    (f) that indicates imminent harm to the Client or others, or
    (g) involving illegal activity.
  • Sessions may not be recorded or redistributed by the Client without prior consent.
  • For professional development purposes, topics may be shared anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for training, mentoring, or consultation.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Communicate honestly and openly with the Coach.
  • Be fully engaged and create time for scheduled sessions.
  • Implement agreed-upon strategies and decisions.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions.
  • The Coach reserves the right to terminate a session without refund for inappropriate behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and strategies provided by the Coach are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Coach makes no guarantees regarding results. The Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on their own effort, choices, and circumstances.
  • The Provider is not liable for any actions or inactions of the Client or for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Services.
  • The Provider’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for Services.

11. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, illness, or technical issues.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the parties agree to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days. If unresolved, the prevailing party in any legal action shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

13. Governing Law

15. Entire Agreement and Binding Effect

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, supersedes all prior agreements, and is binding upon successors and assigns.
