I am a holistic success partner for women.

Hi, I’m Autumn—coach, healer, and founder of Lady(ish). My journey to this work didn’t start in a peaceful yoga studio or a meditation circle—it started in the chaos of toxic work environments and the heaviness of unhealthy relationships. I know what it feels like to be burned out, disconnected, and unsure where to turn.

For years, I tried to push through, chasing success while ignoring the signs my mind and body were sending me. Eventually, I realized something had to change—not just on the surface, but deep within. That’s when I turned to the practices that now form the foundation of Lady(ish): Reiki, meditation, yoga, movement, intuitive tools, and powerful coaching.

These practices became my lifeline. Reiki helped me release energy I didn’t even know I was carrying. Meditation taught me how to quiet the noise and find clarity in the midst of chaos. Yoga and exercise reminded me that strength isn’t just physical—it’s a mindset. Tarot opened the door to self-reflection and intuition, and coaching gave me a roadmap to rebuild my life from a place of confidence and purpose.

Now, I help other women do the same—because you deserve a life that feels aligned, grounded, and truly yours. Whether you’re navigating burnout, craving clarity, or seeking healing, I’m here to support your transformation from the inside out.

Because real change doesn’t happen through quick fixes. It happens when you combine practical tools with soulful practices and create space for the woman you’re becoming.

As women achieve power, the barriers will fall. As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we’ll all be better off for it.

Me, in real life:

50% lawyer, 50% hippie. Green thumb enthusiast, cheese aficionado, beer snob, clueless sommelier, recovering attorney, dreamy writer, terrible singer, weird sense of humor, tea-aholic, mediocre dancer, lover of life and all things furry with a pirate mouth and more tattoos than my mother prefers.

Sometimes I write things

Author,Powerhouse Women: She Built It Herself,” (2022) a book that delineates the stories of such CEO female entrepreneurs-the ones who stood alone but strong in chasing their visions for a life of more stability, fulfillment, and influence; a life of success and abundance, rather than scarcity and stress. Their stories demonstrate a very empowering fact: that women, when they choose to maximize on their potential and burn bright instead of fading into the shadows, are illustrious, formidable, and a pillar of strength.

Praise for my latest work

“I’m not a lawyer, but this book resonated with me so
deeply and said things I’ve probably needed to hear for most of my adult life.”

The Lawyer Life Survival Guide,” (2024) a book for every professional who struggles to find their true north. As an attorney and survivor of domestic violence, this book chronicles my journey through abuse and toxic relationships (personal and professional), drawing parallels between how I was showing up in my personal life and my professional life and the impact that had on my success in all aspects of life. This book explores the shocking
realities of practicing law and the lack of preparation often provided in law
schools. Providing practical tips through a poignant exploration of the
realities of women in the legal industry coupled with the author’s personal
experiences with abuse and career dumpster fires, this book is a must read for any professional woman.
