Workbook

This workbook contains all the related worksheets for each module.

Module 1: Your Unintentional (life) Model

In this first module, our focus is on examining what you want in life and how that compares to where you are currently.

The first step in figuring out why you don’t currently have the life you want is to identify your current (unintentional) thought model. Once you understand where you are, you can envision where you want to be–your INtentional thought model–and start strategizing how to get there.

Module 2: A Tool That Can Change Everything

In this module, we start our in-depth work with the Model. This tool alone can change your life.

The Model shows us:

Everything we want in our life, we can create through our thoughts.

Every feeling we have is because of a thought we are choosing.

We can choose to think anything we want about ourselves and the circumstances in our lives.

The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your THOUGHTS about it.

Module 3: Limiting Beliefs

In this module, we focus on the “T” line of the model and a specific type of thought:

BELIEFS

Our beliefs are so automatic that we don’t often recognize them as choices. We believe they are facts.

In order to create a new future, we must create new thoughts and beliefs about ourselves. We must stop looking to our past as a measure of our abilities and skills.

Module 4: Processing Emotions

In this module, we tackle the incredibly important topic:

Feelings

Feelings are why we do (or don’t do) everything in our lives.

Those subtle vibrations are part of everything we do and it’s time to take a hard look at our experience with emotions.

Whether we spend time discussing feelings directly or only as ancillary parts of our sessions, this topic is worth some extra time and attention.

Any person capable of angering you becomes your master.

Module 5: Getting it Done

In this module, we shift away from the Model and start focusing on how to make your dreams a reality.

In this module, we start setting goals and practicing the skill of commitment.

Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes… but no plans.

Peter F. Drucker

Commitment and motivation do not just happen to you — commitment is a skill and motivation is a byproduct of commitment.

We must start flexing that muscle of commitment so that we can start making even bigger plans!
